Disconnecting vtr door loom?

Having difficulty getting the door loom off as I need to take the door off, it's a twist connector but its only twisting a small amount and not coming off. Am I missing something? Cheers

put a flat screwdriver in the clip bits and smack it to rotate it more.

No problem. Can often look at a problem too long/hard, and the really obvious solution doesn't jump out lol
