what a cock

just purposely being uncooperative and making life difficult for everyone involved. Would have probably been dealt and over with in half that time if he weren't being such a tit about it. Trying to make it look like he has high knowledge of the law when he's clearly a moron

To be fair to him though.. the police weren't being fully fair to him and he had every right to do what he did. In the end, the police give up because they knew he was right.

Still a bellend though.

Why is he a bellend or a twat?

He has done nothing wrong and he is operating well within his rights and the law, unlike the officer. Also he has to have a relatively decent knowledge of the law and its processes in order to do this as incorrect wording could land him in the shit.

His attitude to the police. It doesn't matter what job somebody does, why does he have the right to mouth off at somebody and be abusive? Couldn't he have calmly said what he said?

I agree he is fully within his rights to leave. But the way he spoke to another person was ridiculous. Especially considering how calm and polite the police were. A uniform is not an excuse to take the piss.

He was reasonably calm at first until the police stopped listening to him etc and continued to touch his property.

Bit of a bell, but he's still right - if he wasn't right they wouldn't have just drove away!

The bloke is an absolute bellend

Technically he was right as the police eventually drove off, but if he was co-opeeative he would probably just got a slap on the wrist and let go in half the time it took in the vid

If the police had the evidence to do him he would have no rights to stay in the car and he would have to co-operate, to which I hope he gets caught doing something stupid as he is a complete wanker

Edit: he was reversing the car whilst filming, hope he got picked up on that and gets raped for it

Fair enough the guy has a knowledge of the law/his rights, however when he`s told that he`s free to go why stick around acting the big man?I would have said thankyou have a nice day & went on my way.

The reason he stuck round was because the copper said over the radio that the suspect is making off. So the next police car he saw would pull him and most likely arrest him for making off.
