robbed by a druggie

yesterday i parked in nottingham city centre, and left my saxo for no longer than 90mins. when i returned all my cds had been taken aswel as my sub, cd system, change in the ashtray and even my footie boots from the boot. the worst thing is that there was no broken window or anything, HOW THE HELL DID THEY GET IN. am racking my brains here.

You could of just left it unlocked and then they locked it as they left to make you feel stupid? Saxo's are the hardest cars to break into...

Where i work, tesco, the security guard got walked into so he thought il follow him on the cameras. The bloke got in his mates car and they were driving round parking next to cars. So he carried on watching. Then they parked next to his (them not knowing its his) 2003 VTR! and opened door, within 10 seconds they were in, messed with lock and hit it. Very little damage done. Robbed his head unit, he shouldnt have left it in, Since watching the video back made me realise how unsafe your car is, Want mine de-locked now!

its a shitter mate, they tried to get door pins on mine but i had taken them out, (edited by moderator)and then smashed window and got my cd player was about 3 years old and probs worth a tenner to them smackheads....

I have an alarm on my car but never use it.. still got the door pins (with the great big fat yellow ends on) haha so my car is not very secure.. plus i forgot to lock it last night and left my headunit in

yeah true but if you didnt realise it in the first place you are pretty stupid

if someone really wants to nick something they'll find a way no matter now much of a ballache it'll be especially smack rats they'll do anything for money

if you dont want your car nicked try and park it in a busy car park and in the middle of it not right out of the way in the corner or something or if its got cameras park it in view of them

also dont be stupid and leave everything on show thats just asking for it all to be nicked

take your door pins off mate, easy to do and use little rubber grommit to fill the hole, there is a guide in the guide section. p.s i ent likely to post how to break into a saxo when i have one hehe

No point, dont have central locking and i often have a mate/mates in the car that lock the passenger door using the pins.

I normally take my headunit off and clear everything out of view so it looks plain, after that if they want the cat that bad have it, i doubt anyone wants a yellow car anyway lol

ive got no door pins in mine and it winds the missus right up because when ive had enough of her i just get out of the car and push my centrl lockin button and then voollllaaahhhh.... she cant get out! lol! must of been DRUGGIES!!!:fcuk:

u need to get rid of the locks too if u want it to be super safe, nottinghams full of crookes lol we used to serve warrants up their all the time at work for herion useage etc etc
