Initially, it was planned that a group of us would go to Ibiza for 10 days, but the plan has kinda collapsed and it's going to be a local weekender this year ( Blackpool or somet ) and Ibiza next year.
But me and Charlz still want to go abroad together.
So really I'm just wondering if you have any recommendations for an affordable 7 - 10 days holiday in July, suitable for a couple, with a decent hotel, good weather, bars and perhaps a theme park or something ?
I'm thinking Spain somewhere ?
Thanks guys.

I've been to Kos, great place.
Hotel was nice and clean, plenty of Bars and Restaurants that are cheap and you get a strip with some nightlife/ clubs if youre after that sort of thing.

It would be nice to have some good things to view aswell.....
You know, some nice scenery to get some good pics together, which made me think about gran canaria.
It's our first holiday away together you see :A:

Yeah Kos has plenty of nice things to see.
Lovely marina and lots of old ruins to explore near the beaches.
also, i rented a quad and went out on that around the island, they have a mountian you ride up thats like some roads from gran turismo, the views amazing.

This book it asap before the summer prices go up and the flights take a hike.
Look on www.icelolly.com - just remember you have about £60 baggage fees on top.
www.teletextholidays.com and try jet2. If you know what you are doing you can get a holiday for £3-400 per person 10 days all inclusive in a 4 star hotel.
Also if you find a holiday on one of those sites take the print out to Thomas Cook, they can match internet prices and normally offer better baggage and 10-15% cash back.

It's been quite a mess there since the revolution a couple years ago. Protests, gunfights, killings, robbery, happen on a weekly basis. It's even considered more dangerous to visit than Chad and Yemen ffs lol !
