well ive got 3 years no claims in a high risk area, ill be 20 sunday and its 880 tpft, so as long as youve been driving a year (i think it is) you should get it fair cheap from him. check out the thread called very cheap insurance please read, or sumat, his companies number is there. good luck, i remember trying my best to get insured on a vts at 18/19 ended up with a pulsar, lol. dodgy dodgy dont ask!

They normally pretty crap for young drivers. I done it and the quote i got from the insurance company i was with was 1.5k more on there.
I insured my vtr at 17 for 1600 TPFT. Went up £36 when i swopped it over for a more expensive mk2 vtr. Then back down £98 when i swopped it back after crashin my mk2.

yeah www.insuresupermarket.co.uk (http://www.insuresupermarket.co.uk) is worth trying. Brings up Bell Direct which seem to be cheapest i've found. About 1300 for a standard VTR...I think and one for £951 on my 1.1 lol deary doos!
