Lovefilm on X360?

Subscribed so I could get free Microsoft points but when I try to watch a film, I get a message saying my account isn't active, go to the lovefilm website. Went on there and theres nothing about activating at all. Now a few of you on here use the service, did any of you have the same problem?

Complete waste of time.
About 3 decent films on there which I've seen 50 times. Ballache to try and get out of too

you should have a confirmation email to activate your account. Check your email . Wouldn't bother with them anyways, it's about the same choice than blockbusters 15 years ago.
