Yeah but he was been a dick slowing me up coming off the slip road, slip road is to get upto 70mph, same speed as traffic not lazily stroll on it upto 45mph then decide I want to be in the fast lane not even past 50mph!
Hard to see what he was doing in the video but he was clearly trying to stop me go past him.

My girl friend who works for Cleveland police has just pointed out that she could actually use and they have in to past videos like this to work out if someone was speeding or not. So just be warned if your going to get a camera like this don't use it to take videos of you speeding on the open road or it could be used against you.

What are you on about you fool ? Quite clearly I gained speed to the moving traffic already on the motorway then tucked in and maintained speed limit?????

It's for track days !!! Not for open road driving

Nice one, but it's not a slip road really is it? You indicated in to the middle lane, then went across in to a lane that ends pretty sharp after that. You could have actually stayed in the lane you were in and not even had to move across, hence the lack of urgency to get up to 70mph on that road.
Also, AX was just giving you a friendly bit of advice I think, no need to spit your dummy out.
That audi didn't look slow. It's a limit, not a target.

It's an example of a camera don't make it anymore its clearly not speeding or braking any laws so why make out it is?
It's a unjust warning cause quite clearly no laws are been broken, he could of just said carful if you do speed it can be used against you, instead he chose words to imply I was speeding "use videos like this" and "has in the past" is implying I am doing something wrong when in fact I am not

That's cos it's not going slow and it's clearly indicating to get round the motor home in front.
I'll explain for everyone who doesn't know the road, especially as it's not even a fucking motorway, it's a dual carriage way.
So he turns right from Marton Road to join the A174, except that "slip road" he's going down, you can actually stay there because a whole new lane forms and becomes the "slow lane" of the A174, and the outside lane he goes to actually stops, hence why you see the slower traffic ending up in the outside lane. Notorious for slow moving traffic as the "middle" lane he enters off the "slip road" is actually the "slow lane" lane of the dual carriage way up to that point, so a lot of idiots think they need to get their foot down and over take, even though the lane is ending and it is clearly signed... There really is absolutely NO NEED to "get up to speed" on that road what so ever, due to the fact the slip road forms it's own lane.
Honestly, you were driving like an utter twat and tried to blame the Audi driver, but it really wasn't their fault.

Clearly it's hard to see this road setup it's 3 lanes for this particular part as the slip road makes up a lane, the original lane ends and the slip road becomes the new lane, now I had a choice stuck behind motorhome or stuck behind a audi doing 60 what he maintained for the entire stretch of this road I chose to go round both upto 70mph not sure what's wrong with this ??? They wanted to do less than the posted limit I wanted to do the posted limit?

I drive on this road daily I know from that point the exact amount of time I have to get around both cars, please explain any legal issues with what I done the Audi left his indicator on this could of been a mistake, he made no attempt to merge the lane until I had made my move over clearly as I was already in the lane when he attempted to move into it aswell?
