SaxP - Painfully Slow?

This might be my signal but is anyone else getting 2 minute page load times on here? Also getting "Server is busy" again.

If the server is slow its because a bigger one is needed
Thats not free
So people need to pay premium ect to help the forum afford to run at the pace people want

If you dont pay towards the forum
Dont complain its slow

Whoa, hold up dude. No one is "complaining" I was asking the question.

When I owned a Saxo and felt it was worth paying for, I pad for it. Since I no longer need and of the "Premium" services, I don't.

Seen lots of threads of late about this and thats how its solved

Its a problem on busy days but the ONLY way it would get solved is people putting money into the forum

Lots of guys have moved on no longer pay and new members dont pay so thats the issue

dont think enough people own saxos on here to actually pay AND afford a new server.

Server was a bit slow on 3G the other day on my phone. just came off.

It hasnt been bad for me really. Abit slow sometimes but not enough to complain about i just close it off and try it later on.

I dont know the full ins and outs im not in charge of things but i do know that the forums running is at the level it can be with the funding it has

If it is needed to be improved it needs more funding

Lots of forums (i point rallye reg as an example) are pay to use and people do in vast numbers still

thing is though the 106 rallye reg has a larger selection of older owners and enthusiasts willing to spend the money. Obviously not including everyone but I dont think this website does unfortunately, due to the nature of the cars in question. I for one dont see the point in paying when all the features I use come for free, but if I had to I would

Reason that it wouldn't work here, is that the majority of regular users, no longer have saxos, so its highly doubtful they would pay just to come and get some banter.. Where Rallye reg, I'd go as far as saying most of them have a 106 at least, so are willing to pay..

Im not suggesting saxp will or ever should be a payed forum
But im saying if it doesnt get the income from people it wont perform as well

I was giving a reason why its slow as people no longer pay the server cant grow with the community
