hi have a 106 flat arch and the rear wheels will rub if i put the back of my car down much lower but i want to to bring it level with the front

what are my options for fitting my wheels under the archs they are about 5mm too wide

the rear tyres are 195 x 45 x 15's

iv already pulled the arches out by hand and bend the lip round the arch in and im still left with 5mm i need to gain

would prefer not to go stretched tyres or camber , Would be best if anyone knows a way to pull the arch out a bit more or a tool that can do it
