Looking for a support belt, but also want one I can attach weights too, anyone point me in right way? Seen a few but want to know if anyone uses one and can reccomend me one

I just got a York one of the bay, it has a clip for adding weights for dips and what not . It only cost a £5

I have this http://www.powerhouse-fitness.co.uk/bodymax-padded-weight-lifting-belts.php Pretty basic but dose the job. Only use it for heavy deadlifts and squats though.

As for adding weights to it, I have big chains that I cut up weighing 15kg each so I just wrap those around my neck for dips.

There are belts on that site if you wanna add plates to one
