Do you believe that the UK is a democracy or do you think that there is a shadow government of corporations that runs not only the UK but most of the Western world?
After spending quite a bit of time looking at how the UK's and US's political state is structured, I've come to the conclusion that political parties are mearly an illusion and that they ALL serve the same interests.
It doesn't matter which party gets elected, in either the UK or US, they all serve the huge corporations that fund and lobby for their campaigns.
Illegitimate wars are being waged on false pretences of 'terrorism', a word that cannot be defined and therefore cannot be defeated. The Syrian war for example is an absolute joke. The disturbances there are being caused by Al Qaeda militants that are being funded by the US Government. It is classic DIVIDE AND RULE tactics that have been repeated by empires throughout mankind.
As it is the NDAA and PATRIOT bills have been passed in America which mean that ANYONE can be detained and imprisoned WITHOUT trial or access to a lawyer on the grounds of being a domestic 'terrorist'. The US Governments definition of a terrorist is ANYONE who strongly disputes the views of the Government. Think about that for a moment.
A lot of you might not care about this shit, especially seeing as its 'Murica (Fuck Yeah!)' but the people of America are the last in the Western World that are sufficiently armed to fight back against a tyrannical Government.
You might not think that this Government is planning or capable of fucking shit up, but they sure as shit have made it easy, by passing a load of unconstitutional laws, for whoever comes into power next.
Think about it fuck heads.

The USA, Europe, Russia and China.
Russia are alot more confined, but still are rather powerful and alot of countries are reliant on them, not so much 100% reliant though.
Austrailia and South America also but not as much.

After studying politics and economics for several years - the answer is simple; money is power.
big businesses have money, they have power.
They do as many 'wrong' things as any common criminal, the difference? it's legal corruption when you create the law, or can fund the creation of a law which benefits you.

It's probably far to complex to say since every country appears to be in debt.
The US owe billions to China iirc

The US is $17 trillion in debt and rising at about $1m a minute...

Well, they owe trillions to various states...
In regards to China and the US, the US is the first economic leader that has to be supported in such large amounts by foreign direct investment. I can't remember any figures off the top of my head, but yeah China is continuously propping up the US economy in order to keep it afloat. At the same time, China is able to have an economic hold over the US stopping it growing too much.
That however doesn't make China particularly powerful. If the US economy fails, China's economy fails too (as well as many others). China is also dependant on forgeign investment as it has a very small middle class that is unable to support a consumer economy.
there's many arguments against globalisation, the most obvious evidence is the recent failings of the Euro, where Germany, France, UK etc have had to bail out Greece, Cyprus etc...

Fact is,is that a lot of accountants/lawyers etc worked for the governments in the uk.They were there when rules/laws were passed so know the system inside out. These accountantts/lawyers then went to work for major corporations as they know the system so well they are able exploit loopholes to their advantage.:drink:

I blame the illuminati, They put cameras in your Big Macs so that they can see what else you are eating. Once they gather this intel they'll stage a false flag attack to pin the blame on the manufacturers of the other foods, thus destroying the reputation of the competitors and creating more money for McDonalds. You can see the cameras if you pour coke over your burger meat.

I think the government and more specifically the human individuals in it are all power hungry and greedy. I do believe that they are doing their best to completely separate the working class from themselves. I.e., ministers, corporate businessman, bankers.... you name it.
They just seem to make themselves rich whilst imposing shit rules which make the poor man poorer. Bedrooms tax. It's laughable.
They sprout all this nonsense about what they will do when in power, " reduce tax, cheaper fuel, more money for NHS " - just to get votes, yet when they get in the seat they pretty much don't do any of it.... the opposite in fact.
The only thing you can guarantee with any government is they will consistently fail to deliver on most of the crap they promise.
I also think there is probably some dodgy stuff going on i.e., false wars and what not. People are probably being killed that we don't know of in the name of money / oil. So when these nutters come over here causing terror, it probably all boils down the the shit that our governments cause over there.
Not that i condone it i'm just saying, we probably don't know what really goes on in this world. It would only frighten us I imagine.

You'd probably do the same to if you were in power, so would I, and so would pretty much everyone.
Not having a dig, just saying - if you were given the opportunity to create rules that benefitted your own interests and the people around you, then you'd probably take it...
Politics isn't easy though, theres so much crap to deal with to get a decision to help people, it's not just a case of "we're going to do this" and it magically happens... legislation often takes years (sometimes decades) to come in to practice, in which time it can be over-turned, abolished etc, especially with our complicated legislative system of bringing new bills in.
But yeah, you're right; never trust a politician, they'll always be out for their own greed, human nature is greed.

I do understand that. I know its simply not as simple as change this and that but half the time there doesn't even seem to be any attempt to change anything for the benefit of working class people. It all benefits the Rich. Even when they do impose rules, the fuckers know ways round it with there cunning business skills.

the majority have grown up in rich backgrounds, and are surrounded by rich friends, their interests will always be to support those people.
It's unfortunate, but they can't (or won't) help a class they know nothing about [normal people].
that's the reason we have the house of commons, to represent normal people. the problem is most normal people aren't (weren't in the past) intelligent enough to run a country, so we appointed clever people. those clever people come from rich backgrounds thus aren't common lol. catch 22 situation! :(
I agree with you completely, I don't think it matters who's in power, the same shit will continue to happen, parties will only ever blame the previous party instead of actually sorting the mess out... However, it's always good to think positive; as 'shit' as it is, we actually live in a pretty decent country all in all :)
