wanted person to raise car!

possibly need a person to raise my saxo vtr, it is currently lowwered 80mm! which is low! i want it back to standard, i've had a mechanic have my car and he said there no way of removing it as its rusty and seized, he recommended a new rear axle! is there anyone around the midlands area that can raise it to a good standard at a good price!? i have orginal front springs..
