I use some dashboard wipes from Halfords.
In a Green Tub and have a matt finish. Can't remember who makes them now...

I hover the dash in the Sax as its custom interior.
On the Corsa I get dashboard wipes from halfords like Luke, but I use the Gloss finish, nice and shiney :)

I don't use the shiny finish, because I did this on the Westcoast and when the sun came out..OMG I could hardly see because of the reflections.
If you get some mate, stick to Matt finish..trust me.

I use Auto Glym Vinyl and Rubber Care, it cleans the plastic. and you can have the option of gloss or matt finish.

I used. Turtle wax bumper care on my dash its like a gel. Its crap on bumpers but its nice on the dash.
Dont use gloss finish, reminds me too much off taxis

some dash or bumper products leave a sort of gluey finish, thats why yours will get dusting and messing quite quicklt. i'd reccomend doing it like cloud said and use wipes.
