just had the insurance bloke round to take my statement and he has told me to get an insunrance managment company (these people of the telly take on your claims) has anybody used them before and if you have what do you think of them? he said they would take my case on and give me a hire car which i need as i cant drive mine and then they will recover all the costs of the other blokes insurance is this a good idea ???

shouldnt your insurance sort this with his insurance? or shouldnt his insurance just sort all this?

i dont have legal cover on my insurance so cant get a hire car and until the claim is sorted other company wont give me a car but my insurance are saying its other drivers fault

Well if its going down as his fault, his insurance should get you a car, someone hits my dads car when it was parked up, it was wrote off, the fella's insurance company at first said they wouldnt get us a hire car, then they said but only for a few days, my dad argued and they got us one til we got a new car. Why should you have to dip into your pocket when it wasnt your fault, its why people have insurance
