Should have been sent to prison and also charged with contempt of court. As in

But the court heard he had previous convictions for driving while disqualified and driving without due care and attention. He also has a previous conviction for possessing cannabis with intent to supply. Asked whether he could pay the £515 immediately, he shoved his hand in his pocket and replied to the magistrates sarcastically: "I'm about £10 short."

Send him back to wherever he came from and ban him from the UK to be honest. Before that officially "unemployed" drug dealer kills someone.

About as many news of UK born and bred yobs. That mahmoon guy got clocked at 165+ and shown nothing but contempt. That deserves making the news regardless of whatever else seems to you as coincidence.
