I have a quick shift kit fitted to the vts but for some reason there's a crappy gear knob from a mg fitted:n: now its a piss poor fit as the knob has no thread and the quick shift shaft has threads so I'm wondering what gear knobs I can buy to fit:panic:
I'm not sure what quick shift kit it is but I'd like the knob that usually comes with the kits but I can't seem to find them at all.....
Any help would be greatly appreciated:y:

That ebay one comes with an insert/adapter so you can fit it to an M10 shaft :y:
The thread on the knob itself is M12.
So wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy ya knob :clapping:

So if I buy that one it will fit no worries without any adapters?
I have seen ones that say m10 but no mention of adapters.

The thing is, you've got "M10" in your search query.
Accept the truth.

"Accept the truth" lol,I'm not disputing it ffs,I'm trying to be sure coz the last thing I want is to go buy one and it doesn't fit.
I never put it in my search query,I typed in "ek9 gear knob" and that's what it came up with.
I'm not that fookin daft that I'm gonna type in m10 x 1.25 gear knob then argue about whether its gonna fit and that is it defo m12 or not :fcuk:

I was only joking lol
Go to B&Q or somewhere, buy an M12 nut. if the nut slides over the shaft it's M10 you need.
If it sorta fits (might be the wrong pitch so don't force) then it's M12.

Gonna get one ordered and fitted, need to scrape away whatever has been put on the threaded part to try and keep the gear knob on that's there.looks like it could get messy:panic:
