Yeh, Although I think it's good, I think 2 scoops leaves me in a bit of a jittery state after my workout. I feel a bit anxious and i don't know why.
However yes, 2 scoops will make you feel like the Incredible Hulk lol.

Beta alanine is the cause for the itchy skin, craze doesn't contain it and i've personally never itched on pre-workouts that do.

That's a sign of you becoming dependent. You should take a break from PWO for a month or two. Alot of it is in the head anyway

Have some hyphy mud, two spoons of a coffee and coca cola! Me and my missus had some before a session and was bouncing off the walls!
As mcguire said though, some people become dependent of that buzz, it is good to keep your own level of motivation the pre workout should be no more than a kick not a necessity!
I'm having a break myself now!

I wasn't really aware of its effect at the time but 90 minutes felt like 20. And when I was leaving I had that moment like when you are driving and you don't recall the last 10 miles because you are in a zone.

By the sounds of it I think I need some of this stuff:panic:
I use to use similar stuff back in 2004 when I was weight training and it was ok,felt a good pump a few times.i know this doesn't give you a pump as such but it was similar.
Anyway would this stuff be handy for taking during the lunch hour at work to keep me more awake as I'm struggling of late, feeling tired and sleepy whilst out and about.

I never get the itchy Beta A side effect. Is this something that some people get and some don't ?
I was thinking of finishing my craze taking a break, then giving pulse V4 a good go. For how much you get its worth the plunge. Some people say it works well others say its shit.
When testing it i didn't get itchy though.

Don't waste your money on V4.
It's just caffeine and beta alanine. And to get enough of a buzz from the caffeine you need to consume a shit load of the BA so you WILL get the tingles.

You're feeling tired and sleepy and you think a preworkout is the solution?

I love it. Apart from leg day I tend to have to tell myself to leave the gym and that there's nothing left to train for that day haha! Instead of thinking I'll skip that this week as I sort of hit it with such and such lol!
Nothing can save me from legs day though.

Currently using controlled labs why flood, very good pre workout. Like craze but with added pump and fullness

I'm finding that it's suppressing my apatite so probably not a great idea to take it if you are trying to put on size.

White flood?
Good product but doesn't quite hit me like craze mentally but gives more pump i agree...
Actually works out cheap in comparison to other preworkouts if you buy one of the big tubs
Bodbuilding.com have now stopped selling craze now as the amphetamine issue has come to light again recently might grab a few tubs from predator just incase

MP have teamed up with Arnie to release a range of products. First one being a Pre workout nitric oxide called iron pump. Will be investing.

Seems Predator Nutrition have kicked up thier price of Craze by £2.... £37.99 nothing major but it does seem pricey for a PWO?
Best stuff ive used and ive tried different samples.. Including The Curse ' No Xplode etc
Craze has the edge with the focus side of things.
I only take one scoop and im buzzing for 4 hours or so. Its strong stuff. If i kick it to 2 scoops i sweat like mad and have a crashed feeling so just do one scoop and the effects are near enough the same.
Are those ebay stockists mostly fake? Seen it on amazon to

What would happen if you went to the gym without a PWO? Are you unable to lift heavy etc?

I can still lift just as heavy just feel I don't have the same energy and focus on occasions.
I believe alot of pre workout hype is mainly based upon psychological thoughts of it making you stronger, more energised etc
But I do think after a long day a PWO can make you feel like you have trained more productively and pushed yourself harder.

I've never really understood them if I'm honest. Always just thought that if you couldn't train at the same intensity without them, then it's a bit of a false economy, as you'd become reliant on them, if you get me.

Pre-workout and heavy rock music or some EDM gets me well in the zone, I feel much more confident within my own ability when i'm 100% focussed and when i'm training in the morning prior to breakfast I like to get a preworkout and some bcaas in my system.
I am terrible for talking myself out of lifts etc. a preworkout does help me mentally and get me in that zone and give me the mind over matter feeling.
HOWEVER...
The biggest & strongest guy I know who is about 5 foot 7 and 260lbs of pure muscle never has a pre workout, it gives him no extra intensity etc. so I do genuinely think it is psychological...
All he has before a workout is bcaas to be on the safe side but no stimulants/caffeine etc.
Mcguire i'm also very interested in that product range when it's released !!
Craze isn't too bad at that price, as 1 serving is usually enough whereas a lot of pre-workouts require double dosing which doubles the cost and is a bit of a cheeky trap...

So correct me if I'm wrong then, but you are now reliant on PWO's to do a workout, otherwise it will just always be suboptimal and you wont get anything done?

I take breaks every so often and cycle them etc. But I am much more mentally confident and focussed if i have a pre-workout shake..
When i train in the morning which is more often than not I don't think i could hack it without a pre-workout though. Especially as I train before eating any food etc. Just need that quick boost.
If i train in the evening i don't usually bother with a pre-workout though I'm normally fuelled pretty well from my diet.

Personally think your doing no harm at all. Nothing wrong with a boost and me being a craze user i know the feeling and it defo helps push that little extra.
If your taking breaks then you shouldnt build up a tolerance. I have 1 scoop and still get the same rush weeks on...
Far worse shit people put through thier body's these days and then some folk go off on one over an fda approved pwo? Your always gonna get someone on your back about taking it but Im healthy and what i do is healthy. You know your own body.
Think any company can beat Driven Sports? Ive tried a few others and they just dont compare.
Cheers!

Actually there's nothing healthy by raising your blood pressure artificially. Being FDA approved means fuck all. Some of the substances used in some pre work outs these days would do as much damage to your body as taking a line of coke would.
I used to take MP Assault religiously, then now and again, now I never use it. Will be having a go at the the new MP Arnie range but only as a sample. The ingredients are alot less mild compared to some of the popular ones on the market.
Not saying people shouldn't take them, just don't spout that shit claiming they're harmless as that is far from the truth.
