Right

Ever since i changed my standard front vtr brake setup to a 266mm setup, and replaced my bias valve, rear copper brake piping and rear calipers, my rear is locking up at the same time as the front.

I first thought as my 266mm brake setup was secondhand that it was just the disks and pads, but after buying replacements, its just the same.

I then thought that it was the bias valve that i got, although it was got new from citroen i thought it may be faulty. so i replaced it with my old one again in hope that this would cure my problem, but again it hasn't.

My bias valve also cannot be adjusted anymore, the small spring is loosened fully:

When i get my brother to put his foot on the brake this happens:

Is this normal??

Although my rear is not locking up before the front. it still is extremely unsafe that the rear locks up at the same time, and my car is very unstable under heavy braking.

I normally fix anything myself, mainly due to me working 6 days a week and the car does 500 - 600 miles a week. So never get the time to leave it anywhere.
But decided to let citroen diagnose the problem for me, got it booked in for Tuesday. Had to take a holiday of work to do so though :(

Don't have ABS so can rule that out.
