Hi ive just done my grill and cant get the bottom part of the grill to sit flush. Ive trimmed as much mesh as i can take off. Its not really noticable but i know its there so will annoy me. Any advice on where im going wrong? . Oh and i didnt cut the back section off the grill as the one on the how to guide glued it back on the same anyway. Or is this where im goin wrong. ?

if you've stuck the mesh just over the back of the grill then obviously theres an extra few mm's to accommodate, so either trim off the back a lil more or take it apart and trim off the centre of the grill and put mesh in-between then two pieces

Ok i think ill try trim a bit more off then cant be bothered cutting and glueing it. And wont it sit out a bit more anyway even if i did put it inbetween the 2 bits?. I had a dimma grill on but just looked a bit too plain for my liking so used mesh off that. Looks a lot better now. Ill try get pic up not sure how tho.
