Hi guys, just a quick one, it might not be nothing but in my vtr my gear lever seems loose, and when its in gear it moves a little bit back to forward. Could this be a gearbox/clutch issue, ive had no issues with it so far just wondered as to why its like that.

ive had 2 saxos and they have both been like that never had any problems tho apart from it being a tad annoying i changed my gear linkages which helped u might wanna consider doing that also:y:

Yeah its a tad annoying lol. Thanks ill have a look when it goes in for a service next week and get it changed.

Yes, your "long" gear linkage could be worn.

It is normal for the gearstick to move front and back a lot when the engine rocks under normal driving.

You can pickup a set of good quality uprated linkages for £20 on ebay
