Has anyone on here got points or been banned .. If so what for?

When i was 17 i went through an orange light so did the car behined me but i got pulled and they said i jamp a red and got 3 points......

Then i was being a cock when i first past my test doing handbrake turns ect in the snow at about 4am in the middle of knowhere in a huge car park with cameras i was later to realise

Got 6 points/6 month ban/£600 fine

I pleaded guilty to it but im guessing they were making an example of me. My mate got a similar doing but he was allowed 12 points so 6 didnt put him over the limit

I know it was a horrifically stupid idea in every possible way but i have learnt my lesson and dont drive like that at all

i got stopped 1 night for racing up the industrial estate with bout 100 other cars, policeman told me id b banned most likely till my dads mate (his partner)saw it was me gave me a kick up the arse an said go home and stay home tonight, few! learnt me lesson though (dont get caught :P)

My mate has 6 points for speeding and reckless driving - he under took an unmarked cop car - oh dear.

2 weeks ago he got clocked doin 101mph in his GTO, received his NIP earlier this week and now has a court case coming up, hes off to see as soliciter today too. So hes facing a ban and fine of some sort, best he can hope to come out with is another 6 points which will still give him a ban. He thinks his last 6 points ae due to come off soon though, so they mgith end up tryin to hold the case off till his license is clean again to give him a better chance. Driving is part of his job though + he lives in falkirk and his mates and girl live in edinburgh... hes gonna be fecked if he loses his license.

got pulled 7 times in my first year of driving but, no fines, no points, no ban. got pulled once for driving at 90mph behind a police car on the motorway told him he shouldnot be driving that fast and let me off. he did say i was taking the piss tho. lol

I probably should have got points for taking out two Feds on push bikes but that was back in febuary :)

Although for my cycling antics i should probably be never allowed on bike ever again.

my mate passed his test and first week of drivering got caught twice on the same day speeding got 6 points no fine or ban just had to retake a harder test

Got 3 points for speeding. Might have to go on a course aswell for careless driving or somethink. From when someone crashed into me and wrote off my car. Might be taking that to court as i dont think im 100% to blame.

Got 5 points plus £500 fine two weeks ago - caught doing 101mph on dual carriageway half past midnight one night back in May. Lucky boy, would have been banned in most cases, but pleaded guilty, represented myself, and said I needed my licence for work. Phew! Road Angel has now been set to beep at me at 96mph. :D:

no points yet! fingers crossed, been close a few times thou, once i was drivin back from the cinemas and the lad i worked with was in front going really slow so i over took him doin bout 60 in a 30 limit,the guy behind me also took over just slowed down as i got passed him and the police pulled over the man behind me, that was very close!

I got 3 points for goin through a red traffic light because i was reading a sign which was strategically placed nexy to the camera. I was lost, on a 40mph road and when i saw it change there was no way I could stop, ah well, just means now i'm totally paranoid with traffic lights and will probably cause someone to smash into the back of me
