I went on a stag do on the weekend and put on 5lb's in just 2 days.
I want to take it off and then some but really struggle for healthy eating ideas in work and usually end up picking up the lowest calorie sandwich I can find (which isn't all that bad I should add).
Give me ideas please

yeh theyre frozen and fresh is better. but 27g protein per 100g isnt too bad and they taste goooood. could just a whole bag tbh, but something like this with some pasta you made the night before, or with some salad could be an idea :)

5lb over a stag weekend? Lets face it, depending on what you normally eat, and how much you ate and drank, thats just left over crap in your system.
personally, i spent the whole summer doing exercise, and lost 2-3lbs, spent the last 2 months just eating less and cutting crap out of my food intake and lost 6lbs easily.

Stay away from processed foods and drink full stop. Then count your calories

I usually have chicken/turkey, veg and rice.
Could have quinoa, cous cous, sweet potato instead of the rice?

Stag do eating salty food. Just water weight. Drink lots of water and stick to fibrous carbs for a few days. I can gain 10lbs on a cheat day easy. It will be done 3 days later.
Make the most of it, do some heavy lifting.

Tuna, brown pasta and salad (spinach goes well with this). Quick easy and nice! If you don't like tuna you can easily do the same thing with chicken.

A lunch without any meat or fish isn't a real lunch!

As above, its just bloat. It would be gone in a few days.
My lunches are:
Wholemeal pasta with chicken and a spicy home made tomato sauce (Scotch Bonnets added in galore)
Chicken and Cous Cous with a bit mayo/sweet chilli sauce
Oudon Noodles with a spicy sauce and chicken.
Stuffed Peppers with chicken and brown rice
Ham and egg baskets
I eat a LOT of tomato sauces. Hardly any creamy ones.
No white carbs, brown ones only. No carbs after 4, and make lunch your main meal of the day. Loads of protein, one day off a week. Done :y:

Any chance of releasing how to make that spicy sauce. Tried a couple of times to make pasta sauce but always seems bland.

Tomato puree, some garlic, a bit sweet chilli, red peppers and scotch bonnets etc chopped up and chucked in, simmer it for about 10-20 minutes to get it to release the chillis flavour. How many you add depends on how spicy you like it!
Do you like chicken yeah?
Fucking love it.
