I put a sub and amp in my car on sunday and since my headlights and dash lights keep flashing when I brake, I cant remember if it was doing this before tho? And todaybive tried re grounding the wire and it still does the same also my back light bulb has gone but doesnt look like it's blown, I then disconected the amp from the battery and it was still going it so I dont know what it is?does any one know? And is it still safe to drive like it??

sounds like a twin filament light put in the wrong way sending brake light signal down side light pin.

Had a look and the circuit board for the light it shot, the bulb doesn't hold in any more so guess that's the cause. Cheers mate

Took it to the garage and they said give the connectors a good sand down, and swap the bulbs so I've done that and it seems fine now :)
