tu5j4 Cam and Valve Question

Hi all just wanted to inquire with the tu5j4 1.6 16v engine currently doing a turbo build with a Gt25 turbo. Engine is stripped down block and head have been sent away to be worked on. In the mean time i am in the process of doing bottom and top parts ordering. At the moment my gain is 230Bhp at wheels.A few questions if i may :homme:

Valves/Valve springs Any upgrade needed here or OEM parts good ?
Cams Best option for 230Bhp setup ?

Standard everything (as long as within spec/tolerance) is fine on that spec.

Standard cams are actually really good on boost up to about 300hp.

I think in the long term forged would be safer for sure but with good mapping and careful ignition, it may be ok. Standard rods for sure are ok, but I would recommend arp conrod bolts whatever you decide as they are the first real weak point.
