Got myself this nice 97 bianca white series 2 rallye with a 16v in.

will be turned into a track toy over time.


The Plan :

Engine:

1.6 gti 16v Fully Rebuilt
Cams (743's or similar)
vernier cam pulleys
4 2 1 Manifold heatwrapped
2" pugsport decat (GOT)
Alloy crank pully
JP4 cam covers

suspension:

compbrake solid rose jointed top mounts (GOT)
Either Gaz GHA Coilovers or Bilstein GRP N's
300lbs front Springs
23mm Torsion bars
25mm Rear Antiroll bar
Pug 1 Off track bush set (GOT)
spoox motorsport strut top strengthening plates


wheels and tyres:

ProRace 1.2's with R888's
And S2 Rallye Steels with Dunlop dz03g for wet

Interior :

2 buckets and harnesses
Safety devices cup car cage
OMP wrc wheel
Quickshift
loose as much weight as possible ;)

Well jell Jim fancy swapping for my track rat :D just finishing running it in then its off to oulton to see if its stopped smoking coming out of shell ? It there is no more fuss next time out its time for perspex and drive a little faster.

There on weld in bars which are about 1" off the floor from the inner sill to the tunnel, I'm 6f4" and needed as much head room as poss.

not yet pal, will hopefully be out in the next couple of weeks. on afters is holding up working on it in the week :n:
