Been offered job delievering pizzas for dominos its £5.75 an hour plus £1 every drop + tips

so if i did 3 shifts a week 6pm till 12am it would be £100 a week. They get paid every 2 weeks aswell which is rather handy?

what are peoples thoughts? / past experiences?

P.S i already have a full time job, this will be ontop of my 8 - 4 at the school.

Think of the petrol you will be using and the wear and tear on the car... then see how much you have left of that £100

the delievery radious from store is 2miles, i dont think that is going to be too hard on the wallet is it lol

they also pay £1 for every drop for petrol cash in hand end of each night so 10miles = £10

Didn't you say you work 6-12? Thats 6 hours mate and your doing 6 drops? Thats one an hour.. it wont take 10 mins to drive 2 miles at the most so its going to be a boring night.

6 drops doesn't mean 6 miles, you have to drive back and fourth remeber.. they dont just load you up with pizzas and away you go.. you go to a drop then go back and do it over and over its a lot of miles. Its a shit job no offence but you seem to have a come back for all our critisms so you obvioulsy want to do it so go for it

liamk15
1st September 2006, 17:31
you could of done 3 drops already if you didnt make this thread lol :)

DarylVTR
1st September 2006, 17:35
lol all im saying is for example 6 drops obviously it will vary each night!

£100 a week and id imagine a tenner in fuel at most which is paid ontop of the £5.75 an hour.

Dan

Ry_B
1st September 2006, 20:50
Would cost more to insure the banger and all that...

Just work it out mate if it will be worth it after petrol and wear and tear.
