Hi ive snipped the plugs off on the airbag system and some of the plugs are missing so cant be 100% which colour wire went were. Is their a way i can test that the air bag wires are the correct way around? i have the following faults:
Permanent fault: seatbelt trigger 1 open circuit
Permanent fault: seatbelt trigger 2 open circuit
Permanent fault: seatbelt deployment
Permanent fault: battery voltage
Airbag warning lamp short circuit to –ve or open circuit
The wires are just crimped at the moment

Thanks that should fix the following problems:
Permanent fault: seatbelt trigger 1 open circuit
Permanent fault: seatbelt trigger 2 open circuit
Just need the others sorting now
As for the connector under the dash on the passengers side could you see what colour order yours are in as i didnt cut the drivers air bag side only the ones under the seats and the one behind the dash.
Thanks

Went and bought an entire replica airbag system from a donor saxo just getting stripped. All wires and connectors in tack. Installed it to mine and airbag light is STILL ON!!!!!! just stays still were before it was flashing. Faults still coming up are before baring in mind no wires are tampered with and the airbag system has NEVER been in a collision:
Permanent Fault: Drivers module trigger open circuit
Permanent fault: Seat belt 1 short circuit
Permanent fault: Seat belt 2 short circuit
Airbag warning lamp short circuit to -ve or open circuit.
Why are these still coming up? looks like im going to have to take it to an auto electrician. My MOT is due in 20 days and im working most of it :wall::wall::wall::wall:
