106 door handle not working?

on my gti i cant open the door from outside!
gonna pop to scrappy in a bit what do i need to buy? opens fine from the inside

Don`t buy anything until you`ve had the doorcard off & the membrane & looked inside.

Arm popped off lock or something simple.

Get it fixed in the end?
