Im about to get my saxo insured and when speaking to the insurers they have said I need to take all of the stickers and vinyls off my car for when they come and put the black box (which I really didn't want to have) on my car. I don't understand what difference having stickers on MY car will have to them insuring it, surely its like having a photo up in your own house?
Thoughts?

It's scientifically proven stripes and go faster markings do have an impact on the cars performance abilities.
Sorry mate if you're getting a black box and you enjoy driving.
Black boxes are only useful if you drive carefully and in the right times of day.

I have a black box fitted and I hate it it feels like I wanna go faster and cant I literarly cant wait for 6 months I would have had my licence 1 year and I will have a years NCB so it might reduce it a little more and move to a different insurance company with out the box.

I had a black box for a month or 2. It will be a separate company who come to fit it, and the only thing they've got to do is fit the box. They aren't detectives to see if every aspect of your insurance is valid - they have nothing to do with that.
I wouldn't worry, worst case scenario is they make you peel the stickers off there and then, but I can guarantee the technician will just want to fit it, move onto his next job and get home!

The one who came out to fit mine took pictures of my car and inspected it first before he actually fitted the box-Insure The Box.

How do they know you have stickers on your car?

^^^ whenever you take a new contract with an insurance company, there comes the point when they ask you if the car has been visually modified in any way. A car with big look at me stickers on it by nature attracts attention, and insurance companies charge for that.
Kid in my street got told off by his insurance recently, had to remove the undeclared two tone paint job and various "I overtaken your mom" stickers.

So the insurance company know because he told them? Well haven't they charged him more for that and therefore he doesn't need to take them off?

I would assume so, it's part of the process when doing a contract. No idea if they overcharged for having stickers on it in the first place as there's no mention of that. Now the point of a black box is to have discounts for driving carefully, boyracer attention drawing body modifications and stickers do not fit that requirement. Especially on a saxo, which has a chavmobile tag on top of that.
To be honest, if you want cheap insurance, don't get a saxo.

Assuming you have declared them (and paid the additional premium) then I don't see why you have to remove them?
