Gotta love a sierra. I think mines done (on average) 2 months of every 12 on the road over the last 3 years. Such reliability.

Had 1 years ago one of the last 4x4 that was made got it in standard form within 2 weeks id bad it up to 280 as I thort it was slow then started saveing to take it to 400 but I just didn't feel the love for it so sold it on

Love Sierras, my dad had 2 when I was a kid and I learned to drive in one. His where only 1.6's though. One was a silver Sierra Sapphire Azura and one a creamy coloured one. No power what so ever but always have a soft spot for them.

Aye my dad had a few as well and i have always liked them!!!

But a load of years ago i was in a friends one that was also flint grey, that had 450bhp and on 17" RS 7 spoke diamond cuts, and we had a pop at a B7 Audi RS4 and smoked it. So from that day, I decided i needed a cossie in my life at some point lol

Small update:

As before, i had the interior pulled out and got carpet properly shampooed! So for the short term i got my mate to spruce up the seats a little (still a bad set of leather and will buy better leather when i have cash, but they came up alot better than they where). I then cleaned up the stinking boot floor and found one small scab. So attacked it and its took the bad look of it. Its not a show car. But its one less thing annoying me!!

So now the interior is re-installed, engine bay got tidied up (still want the wiring sorted and tucked) and got the number plates changed to metro style!! Now busting to get it on the road to get it set up 100% and enjoy it!

Why you so sure about me having a pop at Scoobies and not Evos?? My mate is MR AI Autosport (Irelands biggest Evo tuner) and made a comment on how lively my cossie was. And thats a positive comment coming from him, considering his old Evo X RS was 800bhp and he built a greeny/brown IV with similar power, and he still has many 400bhp+ customers with Evos!! So no reason why it wouldnt give some Evos a hard time!

Most evo's are running no more than 370-380 as there running standard internals, thats if there running highish boost to...

The odd one be running 400+ but most between standard and 350, you'd have the majority in your pocket, same with scoobs!

Tidy thing, loved my cousins, think he spent the best part of 20k on it and it was already heavily invested in by the previous owner... was ridiculous though.

As my Wolfrace Silverstones need refurbed and as some farmer from mid ulster is busting my balls for the sharkteeth off my saff, i decided i could do with another 90s porn wheel to help the cosbang roll. Absolute marmite wheel and i love them. Always have, always will.

Also have provisionally bought a Genuine Rouse Sport boot spoiler (waiting on the seller giving postage fees) and i think i maybe have a Genuine Rouse front splitter lined up too. Splitter will go satin black and i wanna replicate saff spoiler looks on the Rouse spoiler (aft end will be painted satin black too). I just like the sweep of a Rouse spoiler and the front splitter is deeper than a 500 one. Like that look too.

Lol. By todays standard they are crap. But they are the same as Sega Mega Drives and other nostalgic stuff. Will always have a place in my heart. I love them.

And at least its refreshing, instead of the mid - late 1990s "diamond cuts" that you always see on them, as well as escort cosworth wheels, Compomotive MOs etc. Love them all. But too played out. A change from the norm is good.
