Breaking mk2 vtr.

Hi guys. New to this forum I purchased a vtr a while back that had no m.o.t with the idea of putting it back on the road. But for what im going to spend doing it up to put back on the road won't be worth it. Just looking at how much interest there would be if I broke the car. I'm based in manchester 5 mins from the airport. The car has about 80000 on the clock.
