E900 Phone

I ordered a E900 phone about a month ago now, when i received the phone one of the buttons on the key pad was a little dodgy, so i phoned 02, to request for a new phone to be sent, which it was within a few days, and worked perfectly fine! however whilst on the phone to 02 they told me that DHL would come to collect the other phone, and after a month still noone has collected it!!!!
so what do people think i should do with it?

go into an o2 shop and dont leave till they phone and sort it and you have to do nothing more! oh and get some money back on your bill for hassel

I would leave it a few months, then sell it on ebay or something if they dont show up!

personally i think its a good phone, the one i have works perfectly fine, and i like it, alot of people have commented on it!

I agree i sent mine back after 1 day of having it. Its so un user friendly and the touch buttons are so sensitive you end up pressing the wrong buttons quite easyley, also takes for ever to send a text message with all the options you have to go through!
