I'm thinking my ARB is knackered as there is a lovely knocking/clattering sound coming from that direction.

The coilovers are coming off again this weekend so I thought I'd upgrade the ARB whilst I'm messing with suspension but I need advice:

What ARB should I get?
Where from?
How much?
Do I need anything else (Bushes etc..)?

24mm from a scrappy or a nice 25mm from pug boutique, if you're feeling flush (150quidish delivered IIRC)

Sorry for being thick but is 24mm standard size or does it come off somthing other than a Saxo?

If that makes sense.

I'll be on the look out for one of those then, what about the bushes>? I presume its wise to replace them.

Yup, powerflex ones are good IIRC, need to do mine at some stage

£125 ish from pugsport, make sure they send you the right 1 though as i know they have sent 2 21mm basr out istead of 25mm to me before.

I'm going down the gti route but would I buy the bushes to suit a saxo or 106 or is there no difference between either?

Trying to source a GTI arb now they cant be that expensive surely?

you dont need to remove any bushs to get the arb out mate, you would get saxo rear beam bushs.

I thought it would make sense to change them whilst I was messing about with the ARB.

i have the powerflex front and rear kits.£85 jw racing on ebay, you wont find cheaper

I have powerflex inner bushes for my ARB (alhtough its wishbone mounted not drop linked)... I got them for next to nothing!... £20 should be the going rate (mine were free with my bilsteins lol) If your removing the ARB the bushes will come with it.... the 106 ones should be in better nick than yours ste as yours are attrocious! lol.... although not bad considering the age of the shell
