outlook ish programmes

ok following recent thread bout fooked hdd, cant find my keys for office 2010, so is there any free programmes out there that are more or less the same as outlook 2010 for emails?

A bit delayed but Mozilla Thunderbird will so it or you could use Windows Live Mail which is the OE alternative.
