Name that air freshener

Trying to find the name of the air fresheners that halfords use to sell years ago.
Was like a small blue jelly fish that hung from your mirror. Think they did different colours as well.

Probably the same company that does the jelly like feet.Believe the one`s you mean are called jelly belly.
