power steering not working

Hi guys. My saxo 1.1's P.A.S. is not working. The heater blower is working fine. My dad has checked the relay near the steering pump and it is also ok. There doesn't seem to be any power coming down the thin green wire to the relay. We've got hold of a wiring diagram and this shows that it comes from the heater blower relay. If this is correct could someone tell me where this relay is situated please so that my dad can check it out. Any info/solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Babbylou

lol muzz, have you checked the fuse for the power steering? would of been my first check when losing power to something electric

you sure its not either the pump broken or the pas loom which has a break in it?
