Hey, my Citroen Saxo 1.1l desire keeps making a strange sqeaking/whistling noise when I have been driving for about 10 minutes. It stops immediately if I depress the clutch while driving, but when I park up it starts going again while the car is stationery?! It's really bugging me as i'm hoping it's not something too bad! Any ideas?

Wrong section,as wullvfr says and if it doesn't get louder don't worry too much about it.

How do you depress the clutch? Tell it it's wasting its life and has no worth?

When it's running and squeaking, open the bonnet and just move the clutch arm, should stop. If it does you'll get away with adjusting the clutch.

Where abouts is the clutch arm? Could you post a picture?

If you have a friend, get them to press the clutch whilst you watch it move
