If it's for the civic, 2nd hand try wheel trader or honda parts for sale on Facebook

Brand new then funky power, hond-r, spirit9, there's a few others but can't remember off the top of my head

Think I will but need some help I think im shit with wheels atm standard are 4x100 15x6.5 et 45 them new ones would be 15x7 et 40 will they be okay does that +5 ET make a big difference and with them been 0.5 j bigger would I be able to swap old tyres over hope that makes sense lol cheers.

With swoping rubber, it depends on your current size. For example 195 widths tyres would be fine on both.

The wheels should fit fine tbh

And yeah you old tyres will fit but will probably have a slight stretch depending on what profile tyre you have, presuming your tyres are 45 profile, 205/215 tyres will be better but 195 will be fine

With regards to the ET, I'll explain this the best I can.

If the ET is zero, the mounting face is bang in the middle of the barrel. If the ET is 40, then the face is 40mm towards the front of the wheel. The fact the new wheels are 5 ET less means they'll stick out an extra 5mm. The extra 0.5J will make very little difference.
