shit in a box. Tape it up, send it to them with a letter enclosed saying they should accept this as payment in full for the aforementioned account.

Send them an invoice back telling them they now owe you £700 for your time.

Have you got an actual court one?

Or just the one that says the fine has doubled etc

As far as I'm aware they will have to prove that they cost you that amount of money by parking there?

Ignore it, it's not a court summons. I received a few of those then 3 years later I got another letter saying they would settle for half...

Court mate, several infact. Strangely they keep threatening but never follow through.

Well threatened with court, I urge them to fix a date so I can turn up and laugh them out of the place.

'Intended, could, may' Just some of the words that prove they can do fuck all.

beat me to it. Stuff I read in the daily fail is a lot scarier than that tbh.

So in conclusion then, what are the chances of me actually being court fisted?

Also, according to the web this parking company has actually taken someone to court before, I asked google.

Very little chance, just ignore it.

Threatening people with court or bailiff proceedings is just there way of scaremongering people into paying.

Even if they would take you which they won't It would cost them more time and money than it's worth to take someone to court, then for the judge to throw it out anyway.
