sealing a sunroof to the roof

So I am going to repaint my roof or wrap it and I noticed that the sunroof was originally bonded to the roof skin with some sort of sealant.

What would you guys recommend I use to replace this sealant?

i used instant engine gasket silicon

If it still screws down from the inside like mine did, I put a tiny bead of silicone around edge dropped sunroof back in and screwed back into place
