Bilstein GroupN Coilover Springs

Just bought some Bilstein Group N's and they came with 180lb springs.

Its going onto a VTS that will be used for track days only, non road use.

Whats they best weight springs to get for track use only?

Also what do the helper springs and main springs do, and which sizes do i need from the D Faulkner website: http://www.dfaulknersprings.com/standard_springs.htm

Do you have coilovers or just standard springs? For pure track look at 300lb+ at arou d 9"free length.

You must get the rear setup properly as well though.
