Rallying on public roads

Doesn't really mean you can turn up with your car and just organize a race.. I think it is more like.. Snake pass is a popular road with lots of twisties, the road could be shut for a day for a lower class rally race, over a few stages, closed off from public drivers..

yeah, its for similar to Circuit of Ireland, Manx Rally and Tour of Mull. But we have some awesome roads here. Doubt it will ever happen though
