Fair play to him if he is making a go of it in the gym, especially if he has a ectomorph body composition, it's not easy. However posting it on Facebook like that just loses the respect I might have had for him, mainly due to the duck face pout.

Oh if he was just having a go making progress I wouldn't have posted, mad respect for anyone getting out there. But he's just one of those pricks that thinks he's gods gift, and always posts pictures of him 'flexing' and showing his '6 pack'...

to be fair i was an annoying bastard on instagram at one stage uploading photos of 'gym progress' but at least i have some mass....

At least keep quiet until you make some solid progress, he just looks like a frail giraffe.
