I have an odd personality, I guess how I am on here and, all my pictures and if you did meet me in real life you'd never think I'd sooner be on my own. It's odd because I can be quite loud at times and have no trouble speaking my mind, however I enjoy alone time and if I don't like you or don't trust you I'll easily forget you. I don't need anyone.

I can hold good conversation most of the time, but if it doesn't interest me you'll clearly see it's hard to keep my attention. I do agree, especially with the younger people, I use all the social media sites don't get me wrong, but some people use this as pretty much their only means of communication.

Went to a meet recently that some friends convinced me to go to, never again. Just full of mongs with stickers running sidewards up their windscreen with a severe lack of self confidence...

One lad was looking at my car with a group of friends (all on their phones) I went over to get my coat out the car and they literally all just walked away immediately so not to have to communicate.

HOWEVER

Going to a meet in a month locally which is at PW Pro. The meet is predominantly Evo's, Nissan GTR's & Porsche. A lichfield 1200bhp GTR will also be there along with some of his clients comprising of an array of super car owners.

The general age will be 30+ so the atmosphere is loads better, people talk and show an interest not little faggot scene boys.

Plus there is a bbq so i'll be well in my element!

But I go to things like JAE etc. Weekend long car shows where you can get pissed up and have a laugh. The first year I went with the civic owners club (my second year- went with a scottish club before) I drove all the way down myself to join a stand of people I'd never met. That was a big step for me!

Now I go every year with them and they are fucking awesome.

The world is changing and so are the people unfortunately.. I know a couple who do not venture outside unless they need to get food or if the male goes to work! They do all of there socializing over xbox live & teamspeak and between them you could count the amount of local real friends (that they can call to go out and socialize with) on one hand.. He has always been the same but she was different and had a good career set up until he blagged in her into leaving because she was having a bit of trouble at work she never returned or even properly tried to once he had become the daddy/bf hybrid.
