Wheels and speedo

I have read somewhere that if u put bigger wheels on a car it will alter the speed some how, was wondering if fitting vts alloys to a vtr will do this i no there only 1 inch bigger just dont want speed to be out.

S alloys run a smaller tyre so rolling radius is almost the same - speedo will not be out by a significant amount!
185 55 14 on a R, S alloys 195 45 15.
