I can never understand why people splash out the tonnes of money on consoles when they could buy/build a decent PC which can do exactly the same thing and more and can easily be updated at little cost to be able to run the most advanced games etc....

coz therse less chance of it crashing or constantly needing to defrag and maintain the console. i love PC games but TBH i like the simplicity of a console and leave the PC for work porjects.

Whats defrag? lol, dont think i've ever done that lol, and crashing rarely happenes I get dropped lines on my broadband normally when im at a critical point fighting player pirates in eve-online, but thats all the crashing i get, built my computer bout 4-5 years ago, it was top of the range then, cost less than £300, it still to this day runs the newest games and at max quality settings.

AMD chip, which runs better than mates new pentium 4 computers.
I got a GameCube too, but rarely use these days, I only realy play only 2 games these days, that being EVE-online and silent Hunter 3

You'd need to spend around £2000 on a pc for it to be the same as an xbox 360. I'd rather spend £300
