Right really sorry if this has been asked a million in one times before, but I tried using the search button and had no joy, just kept picking up certain words.
Right ok just want advice on what parts to order,
Car – 106 Rallye s2 with jp4 engine swap.
Right what I want to do is a full service,
i.e.
Fuel filter, oil filter, spark plugs, engine oil, gearbox oil, ignition leads etc.
Now I’ve been told that apart from the spark plugs everything else is exactly the same as a j4, as in I just buy the service parts for a saxo vts and they should all fit and work properly.
I’ve been told the only difference is the spark plugs which are apparently longer so therefore I need c2 vts one?
Is any of this info I’ve been told correct?
Also what is the best engine oil and gearbox oil to use and best spark plugs? I’m not bothered about money I just want the best products.
This will be my first time carrying out this type of work as I really want to start learning and building up my tool collection but I will be supervised very closely by a close friend who’s very good with cars.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help,
Hassan
