Advice on tidying up Schmidt wheels

Hi guys can anyone recommend a way to bring these back to a better standard.
Believe its just the outer seal peeling away so is there any products than can make the alloys better or is it a case of getting them refurbished?
Also i've got a tub of poorboys wheel sealant would they benefit having it applied to the wheels and what parts of the wheels?
