That's a Dave Jones kitcar, it's basically a ground up replica of something else for an MR2.
The one OP posted was someone attempting to convert a cougar into something it's not - poorly.

What I don't understand is this bit from the link you gave.....The car was constructed during 2010/2011 at a cost of £88,000. It was then sold to its first owner for £28,000,
