Just on my way back home and I saw an elderly woman wandering about not too far from where I live on her own.
Immediately pulled over and rang the police as I know there's an elderly persons home near by.
Parked up within enough distance to keep watch (it was near a dodgy area so I was debating whether or not to go take a look),but I decided to just park up.
Anyway the police pulled up and spoke to her, they also got I touch with someone from the elderly peoples home and it turned out that she had indeed somehow got out!
One of the carers came to meet her and everything is A okay now :)

Nothing ridiculously amazing, but makes you think what could've happened if I didn't spot her.

Why do you think I bought a 205mph estate with cargo straps?

Edit : I used to have a van.....

Very good deed done, a similar thing happened to a friends granddad a few years back but sadly they found him in a field about a mile and a half away where he had passed away as it was winter and he had left with just his pj's on :/

Good deed indeed!

An old woman near where I used to live went missing, she had some mental illness where she forgot stuff alot but not Alzheimer. After being missing for a day or two she was found dead in a hedge near where we walked our dog.

I've witnessed an instant where an elderly woman has actually come knocking on my door for someone who had passed away years ago.
I couldn't live with just driving past and not thinking about it! I'm going to be old and probably have a few screws loose one day, so I'm thinking of my future self :y:

That's the exact thing I was trying to avoid, it wasn't the warmest evening and where I live there are fields left right and upside down!
